Would you like to learn how to put your portfolio together? Have you thought about the difference between an online portfolio versus a print one? Do you know why you photograph and who is your audience? Do you have a style, or haven’t figured that out yet? Come to this lecture where you’ll be encouraged to find answers for yourself to these questions through lecture and discussion.
You’ll get the nuts and bolts about editing for your portfolio, as well as information about how many pictures to include in your portfolio; all about portfolio cases and various book publishing companies. Tips will point you in the right direction so you’ll go home ready to start editing and putting together your dream portfolio.
The lecture’s non-refundable fee are due by March 15 to secure a spot in the lecture (check made out to ‘IPS’ to be sent to Treasurer Aung Win, IMF HQ2-7-219). To register, please send Michele Egan (alsacienne@aol.com) an email indicating your interest.
NB: The lecture will cover general principles of portfolio editing and is not meant as a forum for individual portfolio critiques. Separate arrangements can be made with Lauren to review your individual portfolios.
